Full Job Description

  • Build efficient, high-capacity daily diaries for field engineers, optimising routes to minimise travel time and maximise first-time fix rates.
  • Serve as the welcoming, clear, and empathetic first point of contact for tenants, clients, and Housing Associations.
  • Chase outstanding parts, follow up on resident jobs, manage non-access updates, and resolve job queries quickly.
  • Work closely with internal departments and the Call Centre Manager to meet client KPIs and maintain smooth workflows.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a knack for logical route planning and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Clear, professional telephone manner with top-notch note-taking and message-passing ability.
  • A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and resolving day-to-day challenges.
  • A team player who acts with integrity, handles tenant needs with empathy, and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
