Full Job Description

Our client, a leading temporary works consultancy, seek a Scaffold Design Engineer to join on a permanent basis., Scaffold design engineering solutions for a range of projects
Provide support to engineering teams nationwide with design, checking and draughting
Prepare clear and well-structured design calculations and reports
Prepare risk assessments
Site visits and client meetings
Maintenance of project documentation

Experience with scaffold design from within a consultancy or contractor in-house design team.
HNC or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering desirable
Experience using AutoCAD and 2D / 3D structural analysis programmes
Knowledge of relevant British and European Standards
Knowledge of safety legislation related to temporary works.
