Savings Operations Associate

As a Savings Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of our Member Services Team, playing a crucial role in supporting Harpenden Building Society's members and branch network. Your main focus will be handling inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance across phone, email, secure messaging, and post. You will also be supporting our branch colleagues, helping them with products and services to ensure the customers always receive the very best service. What You'll Do

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient support to our members.
• Responding to enquiries across multiple channels including email, secure messaging, and post.
• Work closely with colleagues in the branches and across the business to maintain high customer service standards
• Maintaining a strong understanding of relevant regulations and Society procedures.
• Delivering service in line with our service level agreements and quality assurance framework.
• Providing onsite branch cover and cashiering duties as needed.
• Identifying and supporting vulnerable members.
