Full Job Description
We're looking to appoint two experienced, approachable and reliable Swimming Coaches to join our Saturday Morning Swim School team. With a pool on-site, we want to help all pupils and the wider community gain the lifelong skill of swimming efficiently and safely, and to enjoy the process. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, delivering, and organising engaging, high-quality swimming lessons. They will possess both understanding and experience of delivering Swim England's Learn to Swim Framework. A Swim England / STA Level 2 Certificate is essential. A current Rescue Test for Teachers (NRASTC) and/or National Pool and Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is desirable. Hours of Work: 30 weeks per year on Saturdays during school term time. There are two roles available: Role 1: 9.00am to 11.30am; Role 2: 9.00am to 12.30pm.
