Shoosmiths Solicitors is seeking a Transaction Lead to support the delivery and growth of SmartSAR, the firm's technology-enabled SAR solution. You will coordinate end-to-end matters from instruction to completion, manage the live pipeline and provide insightful reporting to clients and partners.

Working with clients, legal teams, vendors and delivery partners, you will help establish a scalable delivery model, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvements to ensure high-quality service
