Full Job Description
Provide production support for SAP ECC warehouse/logistics execution, including inventory movements, goods issues/receipts, and warehouse execution steps.
- Observe and shadow warehouse users to identify manual processing steps, workarounds, bottlenecks, and recurring errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM/P2P and FI) to address friction points in operational processes.
- Incorporate Epsilon insights for prioritizing issues and validating findings.
- Document operational findings and develop actionable recommendations aligned with SAP best practices.
- Deliver assessment reports and findings-based plans of action for warehouse/logistics improvements.
- Attend a 2-hour onboarding and SAP ECC system demo in the first week.
- Utilize strong SAP ECC logistics experience (MM-IM/WM/LE), operational troubleshooting, and user-facing support skills.
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills and the ability to translate observations into recommendations.
- (Nice to have) Experience in MRO/aerospace/regulatory manufacturing and stabilization/hypercare environments.
