SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Senior Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and expertise in HR technology transformation. What's in it for you?

  Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.).
• Strong project management expertise with PMP/Prince2 preferred.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and system governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and budgeting.
