Act as the functional lead and SME for SAP PM / EAM processes
Redesign and standardise maintenance processes across sites and regions
Configure SAP PM for work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, and planning & scheduling
Drive adoption of SAP Fiori, mobility, scanning and automation
Ensure strong integration with SAP MM, FI/CO and operational systems
Lead SAP PM workstreams within S/4HANA and business transformation programmes
Support live operations while driving continuous improvement and user adoption

SAP PM, We are Pilgrims Europe, and we are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to lead the design and rollout of a modern, S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution. This transformation role will involve moving from legacy ECC designs to a user-centric, Fiori-enabled, mobile-ready SAP PM solution as part of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud programme. We offer a dynamic work environment in Rushmere, where you will play a key role in driving innovation across our IT department.

6 years hands-on SAP PM experience (ECC and S/4HANA)
Strong configuration and process design skills across core PM functions
Experience with SAP Fiori and interest in modern EAM capabilities
Solid understanding of maintenance and engineering operations
Confident communicator able to work with engineers, planners, and senior stakeholders
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with willingness to travel
