We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 7 SDEC Unit Manager to lead our Same Day Emergency Care service. This is an exciting opportunity to drive service improvement, support patient flow, and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
