Introduction
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Salon Receptionist to be the first point of call for Jemz Nailz & Training Academy. You will welcome clients new and existing, manage appointments, support technicians and ensure every client receives an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional manner.
- Manage appointments, bookings, deposits and client payments.
- Liaise with technicians regarding appointments and client requirements.
- Answer telephone, email and social media enquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records in line with GDPR.
- Create and update documents using Microsoft Office and salon software.
- Produce reports and maintain spreadsheets using IT systems.
- Support social media content creation and scheduling.
- Monitor stock and assist with ordering salon supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organised reception area.
Training Outcome
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there could be a potential full-time position offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications
- Essential - GCSE - English - 4 or above
