In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, resolving technical issues, optimising system performance, and delivering enhancements to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their Salesforce investment. Your ability to manage multiple customer environments, build strong client relationships, and provide expert guidance will be critical to success. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues across assigned customers. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with multiple customers, acting as a trusted Salesforce advisor. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported problems promptly and effectively and escalate complex issues to Salesforce or internal technical teams when necessary and track their resolution. Monitor and maintain data integrity, backups, and security protocols and apply patches and updates to ensure system stability and
compliance with Salesforce releases. Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, system changes and solutions provided. Create and deliver periodic reports on system performance, user issues, and enhancement outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and adoption of new Salesforce features. Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve our products and services. About the candidate: Minimum 2.1 Bachelors degree in computing, IT or in a business-related field. Initial experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant, ideally supporting multiple clients. You have already completed your first Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder). Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security settings. Familiarity with Salesforce features such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and AppExchange tools. Experience with
Salesforce integrations using tools like MuleSoft, APIs, or third-party platforms would be desirable. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach. You can demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer environments and priorities, ideally with initial prior experience working in a consultancy or managed service environment. Initial knowledge of coding languages such as Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus. Willingness to work on a shift rota (early 8am - 4:30pm and Late 11:30am - 8pm shift UK time). On-call support is required at weekends as part of a rota system, typically one in every four weekends, with payment provided for on-call shifts.
