Full Job Description
The Role The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Architect will lead the end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions using Salesforce RCA. This role acts as a design authority and trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready revenue platforms across Sales, Service, and Finance domains. Your responsibilities
- Own end-to-end RCA architecture covering product modelling, pricing, quoting, contracts, subscriptions, and billing orchestration
- Define target-state architecture for Q2C transformations and CPQ-to-RCA migrations
- Lead discovery and visioning workshops with UK and global stakeholders
- Review and approve solution designs, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Design advanced pricing engines, discount governance, bundles, and inheritance models
- Architect subscription, usage-based, and hybrid revenue models
- Integrate RCA with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing platforms, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Define API-led integration architecture (REST, Platform Events)
- Establish architecture governance, design standards, and guardrails
- Ensure compliance with UK/EU regulations including GDPR
- Mentor architects and senior developers; conduct design and code reviews
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes
- Expertise in product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, contracts, and subscriptions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models
- Architectural oversight experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Enterprise integration experience with ERP and billing systems Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Architect will lead the end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions using Salesforce RCA. - Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Billing certifications (where available)
