- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to Salesforce developers and stakeholders
- Define and maintain Salesforce system architecture, integration patterns, and platform standards

- Security, We are a leading enterprise offering a 6-month contract for a Salesforce Principal Engineer in a hybrid role based in Windsor, UK, with one day per week in the office initially. This is an Inside IR35 position with a rate of £465 to £510 per day. You will join us to provide technical leadership and shape our Salesforce platform architecture across multiple teams, helping us deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while influencing engineering direction across the business.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, with E&U Cloud preferred - Deep knowledge of LWC, Apex, Flows, and API development
- Experience defining engineering standards and architectural guardrails across multiple teams
- CI/CD pipeline experience, particularly with GitHub deployments
- Ability to solve complex, cross-domain technical problems
- Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering practices
- Significant experience as a Senior or Principal Software Engineer in complex digital or platform environments
- Proven track record of influencing technical direction without direct line management responsibility
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience adhering to architectural frameworks, security standards, and data privacy requirements
- Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple vendors, and drive technical decisions
