We at Coforge are hiring a Salesforce Enterprise Architect professional with the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture and digital transformation programs.


• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.


• Assess customer business requirements and align them with Salesforce capabilities.


• Define CRM strategies, target architectures, transition architectures, and transformation roadmaps.


• Lead business process redesign and optimization initiatives across multiple business functions.


• Drive multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and enterprise integration strategies.


• Provide architectural leadership across the Salesforce 360 platform.


• Facilitate business process innovation workshops and support strategic transformation initiatives.


• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Delivery Teams, and Implementation Partners to define scalable and sustainable solutions.


• Review solution designs, infrastructure blueprints, and technical deliverables.


• Identify architectural risks and provide mitigation strategies.


• Stay current with Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Public Sector Services or Energy & Utilities domain.


• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Architecture and Salesforce 360 Platform.


• Experience with Public Sector Services (PSS) and understanding of GDS.


• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across complex enterprise environments.


• Strong experience integrating business processes and systems across disparate platforms.


• Expertise in roadmap planning, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation programs.


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively across business, technology, and delivery teams.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new technologies and business models.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience creating High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).


• Comfortable performing both Enterprise Architect and Technical Architect responsibilities.


• Experience with complex Salesforce implementations and multi-cloud environments.


• Strong integration architecture and solution design expertise.


• Ability to guide technical teams through architecture governance and implementation.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Application Architect


• Salesforce System Architect


• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (Preferred)
