Forces Employment Charity in London seeks a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to work with the Salesforce Manager, guiding stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our CRM.
You will educate users, share best practices, and help colleagues understand how Salesforce works, what good looks like and how to get the most out of the platform. This role requires a Salesforce Administrator Certification, familiarity with API-based integrations (e.g., Zapier), and Agile/Scrum experience.
