Sales Team Manager - Consumer Retentions
Location: Willow House, Staines
Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)
Salary: £39,500
This role is office based with potential for Hybrid working options available once signed off - This is not a fully remote working position.

What you'll be doing
- You'll be looking after the consumer retentions and re-instatement teams.
- You'll proactively manage reinstatement sales figures through effective lead management and strong performance management whilst ensuring the quality of our calls is of high priority.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Previous experience of managing employees within a targeted call centre environment.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks internally.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Able to make important decisions and day to day decisions without referral.
