Full Job Description
- Manage and lead a team of outbound sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
- Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members
If you have a proven track record in sales leadership in an outbound environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales team, we would love to hear from you., Proven track record in a telesales leadership or management position - Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
- Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships

(OTE £70 - £80K)
