Full Job Description

  • Manage and lead a team of outbound sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
  • Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

    If you have a proven track record in sales leadership in an outbound environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales team, we would love to hear from you., Proven track record in a telesales leadership or management position
  • Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships

  • Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE+ commission. (OTE £70 - £80K)
