Sales Support / Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our busy office team in a sales support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office-based position.

What you'll be doing:

Speaking with customers by phone and email

Helping prepare quotes and process orders

Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed

Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks

Keeping records accurate and up to date

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. We welcome applications from people looking to develop their skills or move into an office-based role.
