Sales Support / Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our busy office team in a sales support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office-based position.

What you'll be doing:

Speaking with customers by phone and email
Helping prepare quotes and process orders
Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed
Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks
Keeping records accurate and up to date

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Comfortable speaking to people and providing good customer service
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Able to work well as part of a team

No specialist product knowledge is required - full training will be provided.
