Sales Support

Act as an alternative point of contact for customers, handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Service, Project Delivery and Operations, to support customer requirements
Create and send accurate quotations, proposals and simple scope of works documents
Process orders in a timely manner and ensure customer job files contain the correct documentation
Update internal systems and CRM records accurately, maintaining clear records and audit trails
Support sales colleagues with weekly forecasting, order reconciliation and reporting activity

Take ownership of smaller opportunities and projects, ensuring they are progressed effectively and customers are kept informedAbout you Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or administration role
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and strong relationship-building skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
