Full Job Description
- Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
- Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
- Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising
- Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
- Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
- Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
This is a part-time position, and you must have good flexibility on weekends and weekdays. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age., - Up to 40% product discount for you and your loved ones as well as uniform allowance for shoes to wear to work
