Full Job Description
- Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
- Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
- Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising
- Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
- Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
- Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
This is a part-time position, and you must be fully flexible to work weekends, with good availability for both daytime and evening shifts during the week. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age., - Up to 40% product discount for you and your loved ones as well as uniform allowance for shoes to wear to work
