Full Job Description
We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer in the audiovisual and live events industry, entering an exciting new phase of expansion following a major investment in facilities and production capacity. With demand increasing and the US identified as a key growth market, our client is building out its sales team to capitalise on this momentum. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you'll inherit existing accounts while driving new business across a large and largely untapped territory. Operating in a consultative sales environment, you'll work closely with customers such as rental companies, production houses, and integrators - helping them find the right solutions while building long-term partnerships. You'll be supported by a technically strong team, with access to product training and expertise to help you succeed.,
- Develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Deliver product demonstrations with support from technical teams
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
3-5 years of experience in a sales role - ideally with exposure to AV technologies, live events, or related industries is advantageous. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, driven, and self-sufficient mindset
- Ability to manage a territory and work towards revenue targets
- Willingness to travel for events, tradeshows and customer meetings This role offers a high degree of ownership and autonomy, well suited to a proactive and hungry sales professional who wants to shape their own US territory. The successful candidate will carve out their region based on their location, existing network, and ability to identify market opportunities. Rather than inheriting a fixed patch, you'll have the flexibility to build strategic relationships and drive growth where you see the greatest potential, supported by an established customer base and internal team.
