This is not a traditional sales role. As a Sales Representative / Territory Manager, you will act as a strategic growth partner to your customers-combining commercial expertise, digital innovation, and industry insight to transform how healthcare and dental businesses operate. - Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling across a broad portfolio.
- Identify new revenue streams by leveraging digital workflows and integrated solutions.
- Position yourself as a key contributor to your customers' business performance. 4. Lead with Expertise & Innovation
- Educate and inspire customers through impactful presentations, demos, and events.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for your clients. 5. Drive Performance with Data
- Use CRM and analytics tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and optimize results.
- Continuously refine your approach based on data and market feedback.
Proven success in field-based sales, with experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role. - Background in dental, digital sales, healthcare, or medical devices strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling within complex or technical environments.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to understand and influence customer business outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and highly self-motivated-comfortable managing a territory autonomously.
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
