Full Job Description
- Self-generate sales leads via variety of means including networking, referrals, warm and cold calling and develop a robust pipeline throughout the sales region.
- Identify and progress sales opportunities for new customers either from one off sales or new contracts.
- Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology and in accordance with company policies, procedures and trading standards.
- Account management - maintain relationship with customer post sale to ensure customer satisfaction by also promoting the good image of the Company
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's sales management system. (CRM)
- Ensure adherence to NCH Europe's health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of all NCH Europe Agents and Employees.
Recent experience within a customer contact environment and sales and technical background desirable but not essential - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in interacting/communicating with people is preferable
- Able to demonstrate a high level of planning and prioritising skills, to enable multiple demands to be managed effectively
- Proficiency in using smart technology : E.g. tablets / 'apps'
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
