Sales & Projects Engineer

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you ll play a key role in supporting our sales and management teams to deliver on our development strategy. You ll act as our technical sales presence in the region generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry to completion. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Developing new and existing business opportunities across installation, service, and maintenance agreements
• Building strong customer relationships, advising on system design, and selecting the right equipment for their needs
• Managing the full project lifecycle from initial enquiry to final handover
• Coordinating with engineers, sub-contractors, and colleagues to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
• Monitoring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction at every stage
  
  Experience in a technical sales role or similar position within the HVAC sector.
• A flexible, self-motivated approach and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
• Proven sales and project management experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted business relationships at all levels
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Competent IT skills (Mac and PC Word, Excel); CAD experience is a bonus
• A solid understanding of Health & Safety within the construction industry
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• A full, clean UK driving licence
