Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to drive commercial results across a designated UK region. This role is pivotal in delivering volume, profitability, and network performance through close collaboration with franchised dealer partners. Reporting into Regional Operations leadership, you will translate national sales objectives into effective regional execution, ensuring dealerships are supported, engaged, and performing to target. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed sales targets across your assigned region through structured planning and hands-on execution
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with dealer principals and senior management teams
- Support dealer performance through coaching, training, performance reviews, and best-practice sharing
- Implement national sales programmes, campaigns, and tactical initiatives at regional level
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer sentiment, providing clear insight and recommendations
- Act as a senior brand ambassador, ensuring consistent standards, messaging, and customer experience
- Track KPIs and commercial performance, producing regular reports and updates for regional leadership
- Support wider network and business initiatives as required by senior management
Degree educated (or equivalent experience) in a commercial, marketing, or engineering-related discipline - Minimum 8 years' experience in automotive sales and/or dealer network management
- Strong existing relationships within UK dealer groups and franchised retail networks
- Proven experience improving sales performance in a multi-site or regional environment
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and operating autonomously in the field
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and resilient in a target-led environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within your region
- Full professional working proficiency in English
