Full Job Description

And that's where this job comes in. what you'll be doing Here's what we're looking for our next S&OP Expert to do:
- Be a guardian of our S&OP weekly and monthly processes, ensuring we are optimising our short- and long-term plans in line with our scorecard and strategy.
- Be a key project team member supporting to deliver some of our most exciting innovation launches and beyond. (Supporting to provide key insights into feasibility, supporting operationally to delivery NPD on time and in full, whilst challenging cross functionally to ensure we are doing the right things with a one innocent mindset)
- You'll partner across our regional teams as well as with Supply Chain and Marketing on our cross functional processes, from changes to their portfolio, to hitting service and waste targets
- You'll support the team to keep our S&OP Power BI's updated and will identify and implement any improvements to make sure they continue to provide the business with the insights needed
Be great with numbers and be able to tell a clear story from complex data. It would be a plus if you have Power Bi experience too. - The ability to see through the noise, to bring simplicity and structure to complex or ambiguous situations
- Be a great communicator and an expert in building strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, from regional customer supply leads to brand and portfolio. You bring teams together and are a team player.
- Track record in holding people to account - as a guardian of our processes, you need to be able to enforce the rigour we need to deliver results.
- Have a curious mindset to be able to spot opportunities for improvement and find ways to connect the dots across innocent
