  • Two roles, external and internal focused
  • Contract | 6 months (Extendable)
  • Outside IR35
  • Start: ASAP
  • Location: 2 days per week in London or Manchester (flexible by candidate location)
  • Industry: Manufacturing (B2B, Multi-Product)
  • Overview We are supporting a large-scale B2B manufacturing organisation undergoing a major sales transformation programme. We are looking for a specialist who sits at the intersection of Sales Operations, Business Operations and Process Design, with a strong ability to improve how both internal sales support teams and external/field sales teams operate. This role is highly strategic, working directly with senior leadership to redesign sales workflows across a complex, multi-product, multi-branch environment. You will translate real-world sales processes into scalable systems, embedding automation and AI-driven improvements to drive measurable commercial impact. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and redesign sales processes across internal sales support, customer service, and external/field sales models
  • Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify inefficiencies across high-volume, multi-product, multi-branch environments
  • Define and implement scalable frameworks for ticketing, routing, segmentation and account management
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to optimise CRM systems (eg, Dynamics) and operational workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through better process design and data usage
  • Translate business processes into structured systems that support automation and AI use cases
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment across sales, operations and commercial teams
  • Ideal Profile
  • Strong background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Process Analysis or Business Operations
  • Experience working in complex B2B environments with large product portfolios
  • Exposure to branch networks, multi-site operations or distributed sales models is highly advantageous
  • Understanding of end-to-end sales cycles, including internal support and field sales structures
  • Experience with CRM platforms (ideally Dynamics) and process optimisation at scale
  • Comfortable working in transformation programmes with evolving requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
