Full Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimising sales processes, maintaining CRM integrity, driving reporting and forecasting accuracy, and working with a virtual team to co-ordinate bid responses. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership/Teams and collaborates closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigour with strong business acumen and works with a bias for action - spotting problems and bringing solutions rather than waiting to be tasked. They are curious about AI, actively experiment with new tools to raise the speed and quality of their own work, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. - Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes across the revenue funnel - proactively hunting out bottlenecks and owning the changes that fix them, measured on productivity and conversion impact.
