Full Job Description

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the face of KFH for buyers and vendors alike. You'll guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout. You'll be responsible for:
- Conducting property viewings and providing insightful feedback to vendors
- Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
- Supporting clients with advice on the sales process, legislation, and KFH's full range of services collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service
A passion for property and a strong background in sales negotiation roles - Excellent communication skills - you're confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of the London property market is a bonus, but not essential - we'll support you with learning your patch!
