Full Job Description

Over a 3-year program, you'll get to work across three 12-month rotations, in Sales and Marketing. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across key commercial areas, including Sales Revenue Planning, Brand Management and Customer Development.

  • Year 1 - Sales Planning: Where you will build commercial understanding through hands on experience with key KPIs, forecasting and category planning, while working cross-functionally across the business.
  • Year 2 - Marketing: Where you will gain understanding of brand strategy and brand management, whilst developing first-hand experience of working with agency partners.
  • Year 3 - Sales Account Management: Where you will work directly with customers and build practical experience in customer management, selling, influencing and negotiation.

  • Mobility to relocate - we ask for all Graduates to be flexible and willing to relocate for different roles, this may be domestically and/or internationally.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office.
  • Travel: Ad hoc travel may be required dependent on role and business need.
