Full Job Description
- Assist customers to place orders through telephone, email or fax
- Contact regular customers to take orders and advise sales, introducing new products and promoting sales items
- Look after allocated customers and solve all sorts of customer queries
- Repair old customers and convert them into active accounts
- Meet agreed sales target and other performance requirements
- Customer service
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese. - Sales experience, or experience working in restaurants.
- Good telephone communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
