Full Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's property lettings and management portfolio. Identify and approach prospective landlords, property investors and corporate property owners to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, investors and other property industry stakeholders. Analyse local property market trends, rental demand and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion. Establish sales targets, evaluate performance and implement appropriate measures to improve revenue generation. Prepare sales reports covering performance, client acquisition, revenue forecasts and business improvements.
