Full Job Description

  • Manage enquiries from initial lead to project award
  • Deal with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with existing and new customers
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals
  • Carry out site meetings when required
  • Drive revenue and help achieve sales targets
  • Assist marketing with lead generation campaigns

    Experience working in the industry
  • Experience developing relationships with clients by phone and in-person
  • Dedication to customer experience
  • Self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
  • Is not averse to change and implementing process improvements, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi task and prioritise a busy workload
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience developing relationships with clients by phone and in-person
  • Self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
