Full Job Description
To grow visitor numbers and revenue through strong partnerships with hotels and wider collaborations. You are responsible for ensuring the attraction is a key recommendation for overnight visitors and is well positioned within the local tourism network. You are proactive, commercially aware, and focused on building partnerships that deliver measurable results. Main Deliverables
- Growth in visitors driven through hotel partnerships and collaborations
- A strong network of hotels actively recommending the attraction
- Effective joint offers, packages, and campaigns
- Increased visibility across the local tourism and partnership network
- Clear reporting on activity, partnerships, and performance, Build and manage relationships with hotels, guesthouses, and accommodation providers
- Ensure strong presence within concierge and front-of-house recommendations
- Develop and implement joint offers and cross-promotional campaigns
- Identify and deliver wider collaboration opportunities with local partners
- Regularly visit partners to maintain engagement and visibility
- Track performance and take action to improve results
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- Spot new opportunities for partnerships and growth
- Ensure offers and communications are clear and effective
- Provide regular updates on performance and pipeline Skills Needed (What you should be good at)
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Commercial awareness and results focus
- Ability to identify and develop partnership opportunities
- Clear and confident communication
- Organised and able to manage multiple stakeholders
