focussed approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.About the role:Within this varied role, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent, consistent and responsive sales and lettings service.Duties will include; Managing the client database, diary and lead generation, carrying out viewings & canvassing and assisting with listing of new properties. Further duties will include delivery of feedback, negotiating with clients, agreeing sales and lets and assisting with client progression to move in.Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity; however, a highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential.About you:You'll need:Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAdvanced IT skill, particularly with Microsoft packagesUnderstanding of
