Sales Leads

Do you have a passion for turning conversations into customers, promoting Health and Wellness and being a key driver in the growth of memberships? We're looking for aSales Lead to help deliver sales initiatives to increase memberships, monitor trends and stay informed about industry developments. Sales Leads collaborate with various departments including Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience. You'll ensure successful implementation & promotion of offers. Sales Leads are responsible for growing the membership base in their designated area of Cheshire East (north/central/south). You'll actively generate leads and convert interest into sign-ups. Sales Leads are the face of our brand in the local community - attending events, engaging with local groups, and following up on enquiries to turn conversations into customers. This is a front-line, site-based sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on personal interaction, enjoys creating new connections, and is passionate about helping people discover the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.

The role will also cover Wilsmlow, Alderley Park, Poynton.

• Hours: Full Time (12mth maternity cover)
Mon -Thurs 10am - 6pm Friday - 9-5 (Will require 1 in every 3 weekends to support events.)
• Salary: £25,530.70
plus up to £500 potential monthly commission for exceeding targets
