Full Job Description
Establish client requirements by discussing their business objectives, current digital presence, marketing activities and technology needs. Advise prospective clients on suitable digital marketing, web development, software and mobile application services. Present sales proposals and quotations, clearly explaining recommended solutions, pricing, timescales and commercial terms. Follow up on enquiries, address client concern and negotiate commercial arrangements within company guidelines. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients to develop business relationships and identify additional service opportunities. Keep up to date with changes in digital marketing, web technology and customer demand to identify relevant opportunities for business growth.
