Sales Executive - British Construction - London

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients for our building and maintenance services. This is a commission-only position offering uncapped earning potential, making it ideal for experienced sales professionals, self-starters, and individuals looking to build a substantial income based on performance.,

• Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, landlords, estate agents, businesses, and homeowners.
• Arrange meetings and introduce our building and maintenance services to potential clients.
• Identify client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
• Negotiate and close contracts and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
