Inside Sales Executive (AST) - Hybrid | Wilmslow
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

Your Role
You'll work with existing clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending the right mix of Citation services to support their growth. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role focused on cross-selling and upselling value-driven solutions not cold calling. Your goal is to deepen client relationships, increase revenue, and help businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and consult with clients to identify current and emerging needs
- Recommend relevant services through effective cross-selling and upselling
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections with confidence
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline via CRM systems
- Collaborate across teams to ensure clients receive seamless support
