Sales Executive

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey while maximising vehicle sales, finance opportunities, and customer satisfaction. With guaranteed commission during your initial training period and uncapped earning potential, this role offers genuine six-figure earning opportunities for ambitious sales professionals. Requirements Sell prestige vehicles and associated products in line with company procedures and FCA regulations Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and showroom visits Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a premium buying experience Guide customers through vehicle specifications, features, and finance options Negotiate and close vehicle sales effectively and professionally Complete all sales administration accurately and efficiently Coordinate vehicle preparation and handover to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Maintain excellent product knowledge across all prestige brands and models Achieve strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance scores

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and customer service
• Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and confident approach
• Passion for prestige and luxury vehicles
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of vehicle finance products is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be aged 23 or over due to insurance requirements
