Full Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and delivering high-quality, compliant insurance sales. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into successful outcomes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to close.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion, and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
- Build strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Work in line with compliance and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards.
Our client is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join their office-based team in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is confident managing the full sales process., Minimum 2 years proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred).
