- Speaking with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram and email
- Helping process orders and answer product questions
- Supporting social media promotions and campaigns
- Building relationships with customers and influencers
- Assisting with sales, customer retention and daily admin
Strong communication skills - Positive attitude and confidence speaking to people
- Organised and reliable
- Social media aware, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required, This role is ideal for someone wanting experience in beauty, sales, marketing, customer service or online business.
