Full Job Description
- Primary focus will be to provide result reports to clients, along with being the main point of contact for pay-per-lead promotions for Technology Networks, The Scientist & Drug Discovery News
- Results for eNewsletter and Featured Article promotions for Technology Networks
- Banner, product and video content uploading to the Technology Networks website, and the pulling of results for these promotions
- Cover for all results and media plans across Technology Networks
- Chase list for eNewsletters
- Working closely with the Sales and eMarketing teams
- Maintaining client communication
- Data cleansing
The successful candidate will support staff across three brands - Technology Networks, The Scientist and Drug Discovery News, will be highly organised and will also be expected to have excellent communication skills as well as possessing good computer skills {MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint}., Highly organised - Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at any one time
- Customer-focused, with great customer service skills
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Good knowledge of Excel EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of experience in sales support preferably in publishing, digital media, or a related industry
- Experience with digital and print advertising operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on ad placements and campaign performance is an asset
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
