Sales Controller - Gillingham Transit Centre

We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

ü Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals

ü A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals.

ü Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills

ü Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance

ü A drive to meet and exceed targets

ü Full UK driving licence

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Sales Controller to join and work with our Ford Transit Centre dealership in Gillingham, to guide customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is offered on a full time Monday - Friday week, permanent basis, with a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £56,000 reporting to the Sales Manager.
