You will be commercially astute, highly self-sufficient and comfortable working independently, taking accountability for generating opportunities, managing your own pipeline and delivering against ambitious sales targets.
Success in this role requires someone who naturally builds trusted relationships, quickly understands customer needs and balances commercial outcomes with genuine customer care. You'll be a confident communicator and negotiator, resilient in the face of setbacks, motivated by achieving results and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.
If you are someone who enjoys working autonomously, is energised by achieving targets, builds lasting customer relationships and has the determination to make things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
Benefits of joining our sales team, Experience in a customer-centric sales environment, with a proven track record in a target-driven setting.
Strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
A team player who thrives on collaboration and community engagement.

Ready to lead a team that sells more than homes - they sell a lifestyle?
If you are a performance-focused people leader who's passionate about sales, customer experience, and making a difference, we want to hear from you.
