This role plays an important part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect Burberry's heritage, craftsmanship and commitment to luxury service. Working closely with the wider store team, you will help create a welcoming environment, support store operations and contribute to achieving commercial goals. • Build meaningful customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Support the achievement of individual and store performance objectives.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and presentation standards across the store.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory activities.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment while supporting daily operations.
  
  Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work flexibly across Monday to Sunday trading hours.
