Sales Associate

We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to work within the Josiah & Co home and giftware store, part of our award-winning tourist destination, World of Wedgwood. World of Wedgwood is the home of Stoke-on-Trent's most prestigious ceramics brand, Wedgwood, in Barlaston (5 minutes from Trentham).

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will welcome all customers and provide a premium level of customer service with the aim of maximising consumer spends for the Josiah & Co store.

have previous experience of working in a similar retail role, ideally with luxury brands
- ensure that all customers receive a premium retail experience
- have strong selling skills to achieve sales targets
- have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- be well presented with a 'can-do' attitude

This is a part-time role working 5 hours over 1 day from 7. You will need to be flexible to work on a rota basis.
