Our stores are places of celebration, creativity, and connection—every day of the year. As things get busy, we're looking for extra hands and friendly faces to help keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy being part of a vibrant, welcoming environment, we'd love to have you on the team.

What You'll Be Getting Up To:

• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do - it's our promise to them.
• Make every shopper feel welcomed, wowed, and won over - that's the cardfactory way!
• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more - we're so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you'll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. The most important qualities are friendliness, approachability, comfort on your feet (as it gets busy), and readiness to help. Flexibility with your time might even lead to shifts across nearby stores.

If you have great communication skills, love to chat, and want to gain valuable experience in a fun, friendly environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. At cardfactory, you'll be part of a supportive team, learning new skills, and creating memorable moments for every customer.
